Management Team

William Stack, President & CEO, has more then fifteen years of management experience in the telecommunications industry and ten years of experience in the entertainment industry.  As Vice President & General Manager for USWEST - Arizona, he led the local deployment of ChoiceTV, a competitive IPTV and broadband data service delivered via the telephone infrastructure.  At Media One he was responsible for International Business Development and content strategy for cable TV deployments. Bill has an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Craig Humphreys, CTO, has over 24 years of networking technology development, architecture, analysis, and management experience.  Craig is the founder and CEO of Pacific Design Engineering, a network design and application development company. He recently completed a web and wireless handset data throughput and file download optimization infrastructure design and deployment between China, Korea, Japan, and the US.  Prior to PDE, Craig was founder, primary investor, and CEO of CHI Systems, a high-speed network adapter manufacturer serving the motion picture, government, and laboratory research supercomputing markets.  He has an MSEE, and an Executive MBA from Stanford

Ben Tucker, Advisor – Content, has more than thirty years of experience in broadcast TV, most recently as the President and CEO of Fisher Communications, Inc.  He was a member of the National Association of Broadcasters Executive Committee and was the Chairman of the TV Board 2004-2005. He was the NAB-TV Board Chairman in 2000-2001 and also was Chairman of the CBS Affiliate Advisory Board from 1987-89.

Steven Epstein, Chief Product Developer, has been an executive in technology for more than fifteen years. He has been an Internet and e-commerce director for MicroAge, USWEST, and Qwest. He was the CTO and COO for three start-ups that were acquired by Asian technology companies. He has an MBA from UCLA.

J. Scott Magee, VP Business Development, has more than twenty five years of wireless, telecom and MSO/broadband experience.  He has held senior management positions in Business & Channel Development, Sales, and Marketing for companies including: Cingular Wireless, France Telecom, Lucent Technologies, and Kaval Wireless, and Arcwave. 

Laura Stack, VP Marketing and Interim CFO, has more than fifteen years experience in the wireless and telecom industry in financial and marketing management.  She launched and managed a number of telecom and wireless products for both USWEST and Lucent Technologies.  She has an MBA from the University of Denver and is a CFA.
